The founders

Different professional backgrounds that meet to shape and realize an idea.
LAM! was founded in 2014 within an incubator for social enterprises promoted by the Union of Provinces of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Anna Devecchi

industrial designer
Anna Devecchi
Graduated from the University for Applied Arts in Vienna and specialized in Toy Design from Politecnico in Milan
Throughout her career, she acquired numerous experiences in different areas, from forniture, textiles, to space design, to end up doing what excited her the most: design for childhood.
A creative personality and a person with a thousand interests, with a focused love for children and all that concerns them. As mother and designer, she realizes soon that children can not and must not be a mere "selling target", independently from what is offered them. Exactly the contrary. And this taking into consideration also those children who, being disabled, do not "make the numbers" companies are looking for to think about profit.
Today Anna serves the LAM! project with her relational capabilities and strategic design know-how.

Denise Giusto

comunicative strategies and social media strategic planner
Denise Giusto
Graduated in Public Relations and Integrated Comunication for Businesses and Organizations at the University of Udine
During her university years she has done parallel work experience in press and public relations offices in both the public and private sector, integrating and developing her capacities within the administrative field, in managing complex events and effective multicultural teamwork.
Bilingual in English and always passionate about new technologies and viral marketing, she provides her contribution to the LAM! project with regard to the strategic planning of the communicative agenda of the project, both online and offline.

Giovanna Culot

expert in corporate strategy and project management
Giovanna Culot
Graduated in Communication from the Bologna University, holds a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in Milan with concentration in the US
She used to say she didn't like children. Until she got to know them and fell in love, firstly with her friends' children, then with her own daughter. Since then, she sizes every opportunity to read more about kids, from pedagogy to marketing, and keeps an informed eye on trends, companies and products on the market.
Since the beginning, she shared Anna's idea to design products and recreational services which are positive to children and enabled inclusion while playing. For this reason, she now serves the LAM! project with her competences in business planning, market research, positioning and project management.

Myfolia

designed & made in Italy
Myfolia Myfolia
Myfolia Rizzardi is a brand, a company operating in the timber industry for over forty years whom, day after day has chosen to grow and renew itself.
Look, touch, feel the wood and be pleasantly intoxicated by its perfume. Myfolia translated this process into jewelry and accessories, fittings and gifts, suitable for children's toys and furniture in which the full-on protagonist is always wood! Each product is created from an idea where form, function, aesthetics and ethic elements meet, but mostly conceived with the knowledge that everything has a key value. Myfolia works actively to create original products by combining its know-how with innovation, excellence researching and great attention to detail in a true-to-word wonderful combination of Made in Italy quality.

Medeaa

atelier di architettura
Medeaa Medeaa
Chiara Marchetti and Andrea de Luca graduated together with a thesis on industrial archeology at the IUAV Accademy in Venice. After having had meaningful experiences in various studios in which they collaborated in urban planning projects, urban planning and architecture and interior design projects, they begin to confront themselves on architectural themes they were fond of by finding, contest after contest, project after project, their own language. In 2006 they founded medeaa, Marchetti and De Luca architecture atelier, a studio that deals with architectural, interior and product design. At the core of their creative process there is always the end user, such as when creating a tailored suit. Each element revolves around the form, a specific aesthetic, the functionality and the careful choice of the materials involved. The balance between these elements is the end result and its core characteristic.
The scientific partners
To ensure our products and services are effectively studied to satisfy the needs of all children, providing the correct stimula also for disabled children and those "at risk" (e.g. premature babies), LAM! activated collaborations with clinics and entities specialized in paediatrics.
